Refer a Friend

1. Tyrone Mortgages Referral Scheme (the “Scheme”), will pay £100 to anyone who refers a friend or family member to Tyrone Mortgages and who completes on a new mortgage as a direct result of the referral. The person(s) being referred will also receive a payment of £100 following completion of the new mortgage.
2. At the time the referral is made, you must be 18 years or over and have obtained the consent of the friend or family member to provide their contact details to Tyrone Mortgages (i.e. name, address and contact number).
3. The referred friend or family member must: be 18 years or over and not be an existing client of Tyrone Mortgages. They must complete on a new mortgage with Tyrone Mortgages as a direct result of the referral made.
4. You can make multiple referrals, however, the £100 payment for each referral will only be paid on completion of the family member or friend’s mortgage. The referred family member or friend is only entitled to receive one £100 payment, even if they have been referred by more than one person. 
5. Joint Mortgage applications qualify for one £100 payment to the friend or family member. 
6. Each £100 award will be sent within 30 working days from the completion of the mortgage. You can choose to receive the award by bank transfer, cheque, cash or a voucher of your choice. 
7. The person making the referral must provide their details, including their name, mobile number and email address via the contact form on the Refer a Friend page.
8. Tyrone Mortgages shall handle any personal information you supply as described in its Privacy Notice and in accordance with data protection legislation and these terms and conditions. A copy of the Privacy Policy can be found at www.tyronemortgages.co.uk 
9. Tyrone Mortgages accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of submitting a form to the Scheme.
10. Tyrone Mortgages reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Scheme at any time without notice.
11. By making a referral, you are confirming that you have the agreement of the person you are referring to pass on their details to Tyrone Mortgages and their agreement for Tyrone Mortgages to contact them to discuss a mortgage application.
12. The referral program does not apply to product transfers with an existing lender.
13. To be eligible for the rewards, your referral must be a new client to Tyrone Mortgages, meaning we should not have had any previous business carried out with them.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Tyrone Mortgages reserves the right to refuse to make the reward payments to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
15. The promoter of the Scheme is Tyrone Mortgages.
